Return and Refund Policy

All returns will be for exchange or STORE CREDIT. Please email us at [email protected] to receive an authorization number. Unauthorized Returns will not be accepted.
Any issue with your Order needs to be reported within 3 days of Receipt of shipment. JJGOLD is not responsible for delivered packages being lost. Confirmation from UPS, USPS, and FEDEX is considered validated receipt that shipment has reached you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
To qualify for a reshipment or invoice adjustment the customer must notify us within 3 days of Order Receipt regarding missing or broken items, as well as any problems with any or all items received.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. Returns must be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS with tracking information and must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Please make sure to package the merchandise securely and safely to avoid damage while in transport. JJ Gold International will not accept damaged packages and is not responsible for in-transit loss.
Merchandise must be in original and unused condition. All tags, pouches, and bags must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, the delivery may be refused, and the merchandise could be returned to the sender. JJ Gold International will not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of receipt of sale.
Fragrances: We are happy to accept exchanges/credit of unopened and unused perfume bottles. To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
